Practice Areas: Tore Beal Gwartney is engaged in the general practice of law, specializing in family law matters. Ms. Beal Gwartney is active as a lecturer for the Idaho State Bar. Ms. Beal Gwartney is a graduate of Boise State University and the University of Idaho College of Law. She is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the American Bar Association. She is currently a Council member and Secretary of the Family Law Section of the Bar and a member of the Alternative Dispute Section of the Bar. She was appointed by Governor Batt and reappointed by Governor Kempthorn to serve on the Idaho Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance Council. Ms. Beal Gwartney received an appointment from the Idaho Supreme Court to serve on a committee to evaluate family law forms. Prior to her law career, she was a Certified Financial Planner and licensed securities salesperson in Boise.
