Practice Areas: Mr. Tollefson has a general civil practice with an emphasis on family law and bankruptcy.

Mr. Tollefson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho in May 2000. He attended University of Oregon School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in May of 2003.

In 2003, he began working as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Canyon County, then as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Ada County. As a deputy prosecuting attorney, Mr. Tollefson tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases, and gained experience with hearings under both the Child Protection Act and Juvenile Corrections Act.

In 2005 to 2006 Mr. Tollefson taught Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia.

He is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Idaho.
